Chef-Stable was founded by Nicky Lee Thirkell, a chef whose career spans the heights of the industry, including 3-star Michelin, catering at some of the world's most prestigious sporting events, and leading teams in luxury hotels and on the UK’s premier shooting estates.
For a decade, Nick worked for some of the world's wealthiest and most influential figures, delivering exceptional culinary experiences in private residences and onboard superyachts ranging from 30 to 85 meters.
His deep understanding of both the culinary arts and the unique demands of private service is the foundation of Chef-Stable’s commitment to sourcing only the best.
