<p>Chef-Stable maintains a small, trusted relief pool for client vessels between permanent placements. Assignments run from four days to eight weeks across private and charter programmes in the Mediterranean.</p><p>This is paid at a daily rate and suits senior chefs who want flexibility without leaving the industry.</p>
